Currency

Payment Processing

Authorization: When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized immediately. The charge will appear on your statement as "YUMI" or "GROUP MVP LTD".

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed. This email will include your order number and order details.

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, you will be notified immediately. Common reasons for payment failure include:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect card details
  • Card expired
  • Bank security restrictions

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot modify the payment method. If you need to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase at info@yumi-shop.com or call +44 20 8040 3450.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 7 business days after approval
  • Klarna: Refunded to your Klarna account within 7 business days
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to the linked card or account within 7 business days
  • Shop Pay: Refunded to your Shop Pay account within 7 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices: All prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price you see at checkout is the price you will pay.

Promotional Codes: Discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
